We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team due to business growth. Our Sales Executive role is based in our Macclesfield office, working Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. You will be the main point of contact between Autorola and car dealers, working within our supportive and enthusiastic sales team based at our Macclesfield office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business leads, bringing car industry/dealership contacts onto the Autorola platform.
- Proactively sell vehicles held on the system to dealers.
- Locate and negotiate prices for used car stock with providers.
- Secure bids on vehicles, liaising with colleagues as necessary.
- Manage purchases and sales for signed-up customers.
- Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing for sold vehicles.
- Provide customer support for any issues or grievances related to sold vehicles.
- Meet monthly performance-based sales targets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and lapsed accounts.
Requirements:
- Previous sales/telesales experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Office-based role (essential).
